About Us

Driving IT solutions locally and globally: Advanced Digital Dynamics

Advanced Digital Dynamics (ADD) is a leading independent supplier of computer hardware and software with a powerful track record in delivering solutions for businesses in wide-ranging sectors at home and abroad.

Launched in 1997, we are uniquely positioned to supply new-to-market products or refurbished second-market servers and component spares complemented by competitive service contracts which consistently exceed those available from manufacturers.

Whereas most servers are sold as standard builds without storage, our flexible approach enables us to supply new or refurbished ‘Configure to Order’ second-market servers, component spares and servers – all of which are built to our customers’ requirements.

Adding value to our customers, we provide an installation service where required and offer a flexible purchase policy from outright purchase to short-term rental and lease.

Our experience extends to the increasingly complex areas of data destruction and asset management. As long-term specialists in providing second user custom configured servers and spares to the market place, this additional service – delivered efficiently, economically and ethically – compliments our current offering as well as providing our customers with a route to new markets.

Our affordable and quality driven ethos (ADD is UKAS ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004 certified) – underpinned by our depth and breadth of expertise – makes us the first port of call for cost conscious companies who take their IT asset management seriously.

Our commitment to quality is likewise reflected in our deep-rooted understanding of our customers’ challenges as we consistently strive to deliver top class customer service.

Global Distributor

A global distributor of backup software, ADD is the official UK, Ireland and European distributor for BarracudaWare Yosemite backup and the UK distributor for StorageCraft Backup software solutions.

We have built and grown a powerful European-wide network of resellers – providing them with data security solutions, marketing and purchasing support and deal processing, enhanced by excellent opportunities for margin growth.

Asset Lifecycle Management

Aligned with the unprecedented developments in the digital market place and increased regulation, ADD’s Lifecycle Management service is instrumental in supporting customers at home and overseas to manage their IT equipment from ‘cradle to grave’.

As asset management consultants for companies which have clocked up a significant IT footprint, we realise the residual value in owned IT assets – leveraging it against the purchase and renewal of equipment.

We enable customers to acquire, use and support their technology infrastructure and estates via a robust process which unearths the value in their redundant IT assets.

Services spanning our management of the lifecycle of IT equipment from a company’s starting up to selling out journey also include infrastructure sourcing, asset retirement and data destruction.

Data Destruction and IT Asset Disposal

Data destruction and IT asset disposal continue to be heavily regulated and complex areas – with an increasing onus placed on individuals within organisations to take responsibility for the safe destruction of data.

More changes are also afoot in the manner in which companies look to destroy this data. Where some will always prefer to commission a third party to manage their end-to-end data, countless others will seek to take more control over it. In the current situation there is a large gap in the market for a specific avenue to enable them to do this.

ADD is tried and tested in filling this gap – as acknowledged by our existing customers which span those with a handful of employees to financial services, the banking sector and supermarket chains along with the public sector.

Our day-to-day service and delivery entails supplying, asset managing and safely removing IT kit for wide-ranging businesses.

Providing peace of mind and value, our services are delivered efficiently, economically, securely, ethically – and in an environmentally responsible manner.
